Important considerations when booking for the Variations Chamber Music course

• Variations reserves the right to cancel your booking unless full payment is made by 1 June 2026.

• All deposit and balance payments are non-refundable (except in the case of cancellation of the event by the organisers or if the Variations Manager cannot place an individual player with a chamber group, in which case a full refund will be made).

• Variations recommends that all applicants take out insurance to cover circumstances under which you may choose to withdraw from the chamber music course.

• Variations does not take on any responsibility for safeguarding instruments so applicants should ensure that their instruments are adequately insured.

• Variations does not take on any responsibility for medical costs incurred during the chamber music course. Participants from outside the UK are advised to ensure that they have adequate medical insurance for the duration of the chamber music course.
